 The CAP 114 is a new generation hydraulic riveting and punching machine. Flexible and multi-application, thanks to it's portal structure it allows to work with many different kinds of cookware products, small or big, simple or complicated. Compact and ergonomic, it redefines the concept of flexibility in the production of cookware items.
The CAP 114 is designed to allow the use of multiple C-Frames: riveting with self-piercing rivets or for pre-pierced items and also punching. There is even the possibility to have two different C-Frames on the same machine, each one can use different rivets or it can be used for a different work, for example: riveting and punching. This flexibility is the reason why there are multiple versions of the CAP 114, each one tailored to address specific needs in riveting and punching.
The principal technologies used with the CAP 114 are three: “FZ” technology for self-piercing rivets, “BF” technology for pre-pierced items and “PZ”, for punching. The “FZ” is a compact and simplified version of the “FR” technology and is specifically designed for small production volumes.
In the “BF” versions of the CAP 114, the machine can be configurated for single or multiple-rivet and thanks to it's structure, the change of configuration is very simple and easy.
The modern design guarantees low ware and tare and very low operating costs. It is extremely easy to use and adjustments are few and simple. Mechanics mechanics grant solidity and power, with low weight and overhaul small dimension.
CAP 114 is supplied with “CE” mark (European Machinery Regulation 2006/46/CE and subsequent modifications).

CAP 114 FZ – Single-rivet version for the riveting with self-piercing rivets
CAP 114 BF – Single-rivet version for the riveting of pre-pierced items
CAP 114 BF2 – Double-rivet (2) version for the riveting of pre-pierced items, ideal for products with a small distance between the holes
CAP 114 BF3 – Triple-rivet (3) version for the riveting of pre-pierced items, ideal for products with a small distance between the holes
CAP 114 LO – Single-rivet version for the riveting of pre-pierced items with oval internal
CAP 114 BFO4 – Version with two heads and 4 rivets for the riveting of pressure cookers with oval internal
CAP 114 HQR – Single-rivet version for riveting with “High Quality Riveting” technology: quality of riveting similar to the one of pre-pierced items, even with self-piercing rivets
CAP 114 IPRS – Single-rivet version for riveting of parts that are not pre-pierced and have high thickness and resistance (Integrated Punching & Riveting System)
