The CAP 12 is a single-rivet hydraulic riveting machine suitable for self-piercing rivets.
Characterized by high-performance and ease of use, it is perfect for riveting in fast cycle pots and pans that have low thicknesses. The CAP 12 works with “FR” technology: the pot doesn't have to be pre-pierced as it is pierced directly by the rivet. The adjustments on the CAP 12 are extremely easy. The innovative mechanics guarantee power and strength with a relatively small size and weight. The safety of the operator is guaranteed by a “hand-safe” device.

CAP 12 is also availble with “CE” mark (European Machinery Regulation 2006/46/CE and subsequent modifications).

- automatic rivet feeding monitoring and loading (self-troubleshooting kit);
- pneumatic centring device for the holes of handles;
- possibility to configure the riveting machine “right” or “left” in order to optimize the layout of the production line;
- operator panel (CAP 12-L) provides: diagnostics, work-cycle selection (fast; quality; high/low widths; brackets; without rivet feeding;), input of times and parameters, manual controls;
