Riveting unit for general applications: single rivet, hydraulic operated, with automatic rivets feeder.
Working with auto-punch rivets (CAP 220-FR version), or with IPR technology (CAP 220-IPR version).
Thanks to the IPR technology (Intergrated Punching & Riveting) especially designed by CAPMAC, the riveting cycle include the punching phase. It’s possible to join no pre-punched parts, in hard material as steel or stainless steel, by soft rivets or tubular rivets.

Riveting cycle for CAP 220-FR is 1,5 sec. approx, and for the CAP 220-IPR is 4 sec. approx.
The CAP 220 modules should be adapted to the customer needs.
